Specifications

Controls and Operation

Access functions via front panel buttons and remote control.

Front Panel: POWER, MODE SELECTOR, MANUAL MODE override.

Remote: POWER ON/OFF, ROTATION START/STOP, MODE SELECTION.

Operation: Press POWER to activate self-leveling. Audible beep and steady beam indicate level. If out of range, laser will flash and beep continuously. Use MODE SELECTOR to switch between horizontal line, vertical line, or cross-line projection. Manual mode allows for angled lines (deactivates self-leveling).

Mounting & Positioning

Multiple mounting options for various applications.

  1. Tripod mount: Use standard 1/4"-20 thread tripod.
  2. Magnetic base: Attach to steel beams, pipes, or metal surfaces.
  3. Wall mount: Use included bracket for wall or ceiling mounting.
  4. Pole mount: Compatible with extension poles for elevated work.

Tip: Ensure mounting surface is stable before activating laser.

Laser Applications

Ideal for alignment, leveling, and layout tasks in construction, remodeling, and installation.

  1. Horizontal leveling: Align cabinets, shelves, pictures, and drop ceilings.
  2. Vertical alignment: Plumb walls, doors, windows, and posts.
  3. Cross-line projection: Square corners for tile, flooring, and framing.
  4. Transfer elevations: Use with laser detector for outdoor grading.
  5. Slope applications: Manual mode for setting specific angles.

WARNING! Do not use near explosive atmospheres or flammable materials.

Maintenance & Storage

Clean lens with soft, dry cloth. Store in carrying case when not in use.

  1. Battery care: Charge fully before storage; store in cool, dry place.
  2. Lens cleaning: Use lens brush or microfiber cloth; avoid abrasive materials.
  3. Housing: Wipe with damp cloth; do not immerse in water.
  4. Pendulum lock: Engage lock during transport to protect mechanism.

CAUTION! Do not disassemble; unauthorized service voids warranty.

Calibration

Periodic calibration ensures accuracy. Perform if tool is dropped or accuracy is questionable.

  1. Place tool on stable surface between two walls 30 feet apart.
  2. Project vertical line; mark center point on both walls.
  3. Rotate tool 180° and project line again.
  4. Measure difference between marks; if >1/8 inch, calibration needed.
  5. Use calibration screws (under access panel) to adjust; refer to service manual.

Note: For precise calibration, contact authorized service center.
