Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assembly requires basic tools.

  1. Install steering wheel: Align and tighten bolt.
  2. Attach seat: Position seat on frame and secure with provided bolts.
  3. Connect battery: Attach red (+) then black (-) cables to battery terminals.
  4. Check tire pressure: Inflate to 14 PSI (front) and 10 PSI (rear).
  5. Add engine oil: Use SAE 30 (above 32°F) or 10W-30 (all temperatures) to full mark on dipstick.
  6. Add gasoline: Use fresh unleaded gasoline with minimum 87 octane.

CAUTION! Ensure all bolts are tightened securely. Do not start engine without proper oil level.
