Assembly Instructions

Unpack and inspect all parts. Ensure all hardware is present.

  1. Install steering wheel: Align and secure with provided hardware.
  2. Attach seat: Mount seat onto frame using bolts and washers.
  3. Install mower deck: Lower deck under tractor, attach linkage and belts.
  4. Connect battery: Attach positive and negative terminals.
  5. Add fluids: Fill engine with oil (SAE 30) and fuel (unleaded gasoline).

WARNING! Tractor is heavy; use assistance during assembly. Tighten all bolts securely.

First-Time Operation

Perform pre-operation checks before starting engine.

  1. Check oil level: Ensure oil is at full mark on dipstick.
  2. Check fuel: Fill tank with fresh unleaded gasoline.
  3. Adjust seat: Position for comfortable reach to controls.
  4. Set cutting height: Use dual levers to desired height.
  5. Start engine: Insert key, set parking brake, engage PTO, turn key.

CAUTION! Operate only in clear, dry conditions. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.

Attaching Accessories

  1. Ensure tractor is off and parking brake engaged.
  2. Align hitch pin with accessory coupler.
  3. Insert hitch pin and secure with clip.
  4. Connect safety chains if provided.

Tip: Do not exceed 300 lbs towed weight. Distribute weight evenly.

Mowing Operation

Designed for efficient cutting of medium to large lawns.

  1. Inspect area: Remove debris, rocks, toys before mowing.
  2. Start engine: Engage parking brake, set throttle to FAST, turn key.
  3. Engage PTO: Pull PTO switch to engage mower deck.
  4. Mow patterns: Overlap passes by 2-3 inches for even cut.
  5. Disengage PTO: Push switch to off when finished mowing.
  6. Shut down: Turn key to OFF, remove key, engage parking brake.

WARNING! Never mow on slopes greater than 15 degrees. Avoid sudden turns.

Safety Features

Operator Presence System: Engine shuts off if operator leaves seat with PTO engaged. Parking Brake: Must be engaged to start engine. Blade Brake Clutch: Stops blades within 3 seconds of disengagement.
