Safety Information

Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assembly requires basic tools (included).

  1. Attach steering wheel: Align and tighten bolt.
  2. Install seat: Mount onto frame with provided bolts.
  3. Connect battery: Attach red (+) then black (-) terminals.
  4. Add engine oil: Use SAE 30 (check manual for capacity).
  5. Add gasoline: Use fresh unleaded (87 octane minimum).
  6. Check tire pressure: Inflate to 14 PSI (front) and 10 PSI (rear).

CAUTION! Ensure all bolts are tightened securely. Test brakes and steering before first use.

Specifications

Controls and Operation

Dashboard: Ignition key, headlight switch, hour meter. Floor: Brake pedal, clutch/brake pedal, gear shift lever. Deck controls: Lift lever, PTO engagement knob.

Starting Procedure: 1. Sit on seat. 2. Engage parking brake. 3. Set PTO to OFF. 4. Move gear shift to NEUTRAL. 5. Turn key to START. 6. Release key to RUN position.

Mowing: Engage PTO to spin blades; adjust speed with gear shift. Use steering wheel to navigate.

Stopping: Disengage PTO, move to NEUTRAL, engage parking brake, turn key OFF.

Cutting Deck & Attachments

Deck height adjusted via lever (left side). Attach bagger or mulcher per accessory instructions.

  1. Lower deck to desired height using lever.
  2. For bagging: Install chute and bagger; ensure secure connection.
  3. For mulching: Install mulching plug and mulching blades.
  4. For side discharge: Ensure chute is properly attached and aimed away from people.
